I went to the see my doctor today and it turns out I’ve hit a new highest weight of 172.
172…seriously?!
I can’t believe I did this to myself. I’ve finally gotten the wakeup call I needed to start getting healthy again.

I’m a 22 year girl who has fallen off the wagon. A few months ago I was on the right path of getting fit and healthy, but unfortunately all my hard work went out of the widow when I recently gained all the weight back. Although I’m really disappointed in myself, I’m not going to sit on ass moping around. I’m going to get back into shape and feel great about myself again :)
